Demanding justice for Manisha, the National Apni Party targeted the Yogi government | time today
A 19-year-old Dalit rape victim, Manisha Valmiki, who was gang raped and left paralysed by four upper caste men, died a fortnight after the attack in a Delhi hospital on Tuesday. She was shifted to the Safdarjung Hospital in the national capital on Monday evening after her condition deteriorated. On September 14, the victim was dragged by the dupatta around her neck to a field when she had gone to collect cattle fodder, which injured her spinal cord. When she was held down, she apparently bit her own tongue which caused a deep cut.
Raising the voice of Manisha's demand for justice, National President of 'National Apni Party' Bhagat Singh Bisht said that the kind of rape that has been done to our country's daughter Manisha the kind of cruelty that has been done, such people should get the harshest punishment. It is the intention of the 'National Apni Party' that the daughter of our country should not be divided into any section of society, she is the daughter of all of us and we all have to fight for her. Seeing the kind of cruelty that has been done to Manisha, it seems that seeing the kind of chaos that has spread in Uttar Pradesh and the government there, no daughter is safe there. Today I also want to tell the honorable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji to punish such poor people with the harshest punishment. I want to say to the workers of 'National Apni Party' that such evils should always be opposed and that Manisha will get justice for that and if the government does not punish these poor people then there will be no justice with Manisha. We will be ready for the movement and will do everything possible to bring justice to Manisha.
