Tejashwi Yadav touched the feet of his mother and former Chief Minister Rabri Devi and proceeded to fill the nomination papers by eating curd and sugar from his hand. During this time, he also took blessings from his elder brother and candidate from Hasanpur seat of Samastipur, Tej Pratap Yadav.

Before leaving for nomination, Tejashwi Yadav also repeated his pledge on Bihar on his Twitter. While sharing the photos, he wrote, 'I have made a promise that I will always work in the interest of Bihar. I am not going to sit peacefully until I get every right to every Biharis. '

Let me tell you that while Lalu Yadav's elder son Tej Pratap Yadav is contesting assembly elections from Hasanpur seat of Samastipur, Tejashwi Yadav is contesting from Raghopur.

Before Tejashwi's nomination, his mother Rabri Devi said that not only our family but the whole of Bihar and the party are also missing Lalu ji.
